I’m Chris Uhle, Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods & Exercise from Virginia Tech. As a former NCAA Division 1 All-American and ACC Champion in the pole vault, I know the physical demands that we place on our body’s when we ask it to perform at its best. I also know first-hand how frustrating it can be when those demands become too much, causing pain and injury.
With the knowledge gained from my chiropractic education and my experience as a competitor, I’m devoted to helping individuals at every level to get back to enjoying their lives and hobbies pain-free. Whether you’re an all-star athlete, a weekend warrior, or you just want to get things done around the house without nagging aches and pains; I’m here to assist you along your road to recovery.

Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)
A movement based diagnostic system used to identify the cause of your pain symptoms by breaking down dysfunctional movement patterns.
Instead of focusing on the location of your pain and just treating your symptoms, the SFMA allows us to discover what factors are contributing to your pain and why, so that we may address the root cause.
Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Physical Screen
A golf specific physical screen utilized to find what areas of your body are holding you back on the course.
Locates mobility restrictions and muscle control deficits that can cause golf-related pain complaints and may contribute to swing issues seen in golfers of all skill levels.
Chiropractic Manipulative Therapy
Chiropractic manipulations, or "Adjustments," are a method of joint mobilization that can reduce pain and discomfort, increase the range of motion of a restricted joint, and decrease muscular tension or spasm. The adjustment is often used in conjunction with exercise therapy, aiming to restore your body's ability to move optimally before rewiring how to control that movement.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
A form of soft-tissue therapy that utilizes specifically designed instruments to produce a mobilizing effect to scar tissue and myofascial adhesions.
Helps with knots and trigger points embedded within the fascia, the layer of connective tissue found beneath the surface of the skin and encasing your muscles.
Myofascial Release Therapy
A deep tissue therapy where pressure is applied to the muscle while moving the affected joint through various ranges of motion.
Helps to promote the relaxation of bound up musculature, relieving muscle tension and its associated discomfort.
Exercise Therapy
Using exercises that you can perform at home with limited equipment setups.
We develop and enact an exercise plan together that targets deconditioned muscle groups, rewiring your body's ability to control how you move.
